Our PrePaid Tax organizer will help you organize your tax information and make sure you don't miss any important deductions.  We require the Tax Organizer to be completed so your Tax Manager can have a clear picture of your financial circumstances and identify those Tax Deductions you can qualify for.
 
If you prefer to print the Tax Organizer out and complete it by hand, please complete the following steps.  You can also Login to the Online PrePaid Tax Organizer and complete it right in your own Secure Online Account.
 
1. Click on the "View Tax Organizer" button below to bring up the organizer in a new window.
 
2. Print the organizer by clicking on the printer icon on the top of the screen.
 
3. Fill out all the information you can.
 
4. Submitt the completed tax organizer and all supporting documents by fax to your Tax Manager at 866-635-5805. 

5. Call us or schedule a phone or Video interview below.
